For Pate Filling

2 yellow Bell Peppers

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh Coriander

1 tbsp diced Tomato

1 tbsp diced Garlic

1 tbsp diced Cauliflower

3 tbsp shredded Carrots

1 tbsp diced White Onions

1 tbsp diced yellow Bell Peppers

Cut the upper part and carefully empty the bell peppers. |

Spray with liquid aminos and dehydrate for 30 minutes. |

Put the ingredients into the blender and blend. Add water as needed. |

Use a cheese cloth or nut bag and drain the water. Pour the mixture into a bowl with the diced ingredients. |

Mix well and fill the 2 yellow bell peppers. Serve with spicy mustard sauce. |
