1¼ pounds of lean ground Beef

¼ cup of Worcestershire Ketchup

1 cup of Blue Cheese

Hamburger Buns

Lettuce

Directions
While these burgers may seem as if they would not be appetizing, you will be surprised with these burgers.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. |

In a saucepan set over medium heat, add in the olive oil and minced shallot. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or until gold. |

In a bowl, add in the lean ground beef. Add in the shallots and Worcestershire ketchup. Stir well to mix. Divide into 4 balls. |

In the center of the balls, add in ¼ of the blue cheese in the center. Roll the meat around the cheese and flatten slightly into patties. Transfer onto a baking sheet. |

Place into the oven to bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and transfer immediately onto the hamburger buns. |

Top off with the lettuce and tomato slices. Serve immediately. |
