1½ cups (370 ml) Almond Milk

1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

¾ cup (200 g) Almond Butter

150 g vegan White Chocolate

100 g Macadamia Nuts

Directions
White chocolate chip macadamia nut blondies are a sweet treat, especially when they are still warm and just out of the oven.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/350°F/gas 4. Line a 25 cm (10 in) square baking tin with baking parchment. |

Combine the flours, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix the milk, vanilla and nut butter together in a measuring jug until you have a smooth liquid consistency. Pour the liquid into the dry mix and stir until everything is well combined. |

Stir the chocolate and macadamia nuts into the batter, then pour everything into the tin, smoothing the top of the batter. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. |

Remove the blondies from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into 12 equal pieces. Enjoy! |
