150 g low-fat plain Yoghurt

Toast the bread to your liking. |

To make the whipped peanut butter, place the peanut butter and yoghurt in a small bowl. Using a hand-held beater, whip the peanut butter and yoghurt until light and fluffy. |

To serve, spread the whipped peanut butter over the toast and top with the banana. Lightly dust with cacao powder, if desired. |
