2 slices wholemeal Bread
½ medium Banana , peeled and sliced
½ teaspoon raw Cacao Powder
Whipped Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon 100% natural Peanut Butter
150 g low-fat plain Yoghurt

Toast the bread to your liking.

To make the whipped peanut butter, place the peanut butter and yoghurt in a small bowl. Using a hand-held beater, whip the peanut butter and yoghurt until light and fluffy.

To serve, spread the whipped peanut butter over the toast and top with the banana. Lightly dust with cacao powder, if desired.
