Heat oven to 350°F. Place focaccia on middle oven rack. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until warm. |

Spray 8- or 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over mediumhigh heat. Add bell peppers, onion and dressing; cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; remove from heat. |

Cut focaccia into 4 wedges; split each wedge horizontally. Spoon one-fourth of vegetable mixture onto each bottom half; top with other half of bread wedge. |
