Directions
Sometimes our bodies need a little recharge of nutrients to help detox. This is a classic recipe—now, this recipe is going to scare you when you start putting it together. Your pot is going to be crammed full of ingredients that are great for your body. This is such a hearty soup! If you wish to add more liquid, you can do so in the end when adding your baby spinach.

Add all ingredients to your pot, except baby spinach and green onions. Lock lid and close vent. Cook for 6 minutes on High Manual Pressure. As you add in your kale, don’t be afraid to push those ingredients down into the pot. Once your ingredients start cooking away, the kale and cabbage are going to release moisture and wilt. Just try to leave a divot around where the pressure pin is. |

Once done, QPR any pressure. Remove lid, and add baby spinach and green onions. Stir until spinach has wilted into your soup. Serve away! Stores great in the freezer. |
