250 g Butter
63 g einkorn Flour
6 g Baking Powder
63 g Valrhona Cocoa Powder
150 g whole peeled Pistachios nuts

Done

Whisk the eggs and sugar to a sabayon; at the same time melt the chocolate and butter together, mix these together and fold in the sieved dry ingredients and nuts.

Pour into a baking sheet lined with silicone paper, bake at 175°C for 15 minutes, allow to cool at room temperature.

Refrigerate or freeze before cutting.
