Cut in the middle the apples and empty the inside part. |

Coconut CreamFreeze the coconut 1 hour before use. |

Put the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend very well. Refrigerate afterwards. |

For FllingFreeze rambutan hearts for 2 hours. Mix agar agar seaweed with warm water and stir. |

Put the coconut cream, the cinnamon and the rest of the ingredients into the blender. |
