2 medium Tomatoes
1 glass Almond Milk (optionally you can use 1 young coconut flesh)
1/3 cup of chopped fresh Coriander
1 small chopped Carrots
1 tbsp chopped Galangal
1 medium Garlic clove
1 tbsp chopped Green Onion
½ tbsp shredded Ginger
3 Lime leaves (cafir)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lemon Juice
1 tbsp chopped Lemon Grass
1 medium chopped Red Chillies
Salt
1 tbsp Tamari
1 turnip shredded Noodles

Put all the ingredients in the blender, add warm water and blend.

Serve warm with coriander garniture on top and vegetable noodles.

Sprinkle the noodles with salt and place them in a bowl with ice cubes for 30 minutes.
