Sprinkle the tofu slices with pepper, onion powder and garlic powder on both sides, then dredge in flour. |

Heat the oil in a skillet on high and sauté the tofu until browned, about 10 minutes. Set aside. |

Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until the onion is translucent. |

Add the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 10 minutes. |

Add water, lemon zest, parsley, basil, cilantro, cayenne, salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. |
