Directions
This recipe is a classic that can be prepped in ten minutes or less. It is loaded with three different kinds of cheese and all kinds of yummy, creamy flavors. It is my go-to dish to take to a party and can easily be made the night before. Just place the filling in the refrigerator and bake right before the party.

In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the sour cream, mayonnaise, ¾ cup of the mozzarella, the Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Chop the artichokes into chunky pieces. Be careful to remove any pieces that may still have the prickly center. Fold the artichoke hearts, green chiles (if using), and spinach into the cream cheese mixture. At this point, the mixture can be refrigerated until ready to bake, up to overnight. |

When ready to bake, place the mixture in a 9-inch pie dish or skillet. Top with the remaining ¼ cup mozzarella and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbling. |
