½ pound Chorizo Sausage

Boil pasta with 1 tablespoon salt added into the water. |

Put 0.5 teaspoon salt, garlic, olive oil, red wine, tabasco, and pureed tomato into a large skillet. Heat at high for a few minutes, or until the volume of liquid reduces to a half. Add chorizo and heat for ½ more minute. Transfer the boiled pasta into the skillet. Turn upside down the pasta to mix with ingredients by a kitchen tong. |
