Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Yellow Onion
1 Scallion , chopped
2 cloves Garlic , minced
½ red Bell Peppers , chopped
½ green Bell Peppers , chopped
½ Chili Pepper , chopped
½ cup Water
1 Carrots , sliced
1 teaspoon Dijon style Mustard
1 package Tempeh , thinly sliced
1 tablespoon ground Flax Seeds
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds , crushed
2 tablespoons fresh Basil , chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley chopped
Sea Salt to taste
½ teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 package Linguini (14 oz), cooked

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté onion, scallion, garlic, bell peppers, and chili pepper until the onion is translucent.

Add water, carrot, mustard, tempeh, flax seed, cumin seed, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and cayenne and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked linguini.
