Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté onion, scallion, garlic, and green pepper until the onion is translucent. |

Add water, tomato, tempeh, cumin, curry powder, chili powder, turmeric, parsley, salt, and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. |
