1 cup of Cannellini Beans

1/3 cup of panko Breadcrumbs

1/3 cup of Oat Flour

1½ teaspoons of smoked Paprika

1/8 teaspoons of Cumin

2 to 3 Tablespoons of extra virgin Olive Oil

1 Avocado

2/3 cup of plain Greek Yogurt

1 teaspoon of Maple Syrup

Directions
These burgers are another type of sweet potato burger that you can enjoy any night of the week.

Pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork. Wrap in a sheet of paper towels. Place not the microwave to cook for 5 minutes. Turn and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool. Slice in half and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash until smooth in consistency. |

In the bowl, add in the cannellini beans. Stir well to mix. |

Add in the dash of salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, powdered cumin, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg and oat flour. Stir well until mixed. |

Transfer the bowl into the fridge to chill for 15 to 20 minutes. |

In a food processor, add in the yogurt, maple syrup, dash of salt and black pepper. Pulse on the highest setting until smooth in consistency. Set aside. |

In a skillet set over medium heat, add in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. |

Shape the sweet potato mix into 4 patties. Place into the skillet. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer onto hamburger buns. |
