Directions
Big meaty burger patties and crispy bacon sit underneath a hot and spicy peanut butter sauce for a unique and utterly irresistible hamburger.

Preheat your BBQ grill to 350 degrees F with the lid closed. |

Sprinkle the bacon evenly with brown sugar and cook on the grill for 10 minutes on each side until caramelized. Take the bacon off the grill and crank the heat up to 450 degrees F. |

Next, make the sauce. Stir together the peanut butter, honey, and chipotle powder. |

To make the patties, season the beef generously with salt and pepper then form into 4 equal patties. Grill the burgers for 4 minutes on each side. Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cook for another 60 seconds until melted. |

Take the burgers off the grill and arrange each inside a burger bun. Top each with a generous spoonful of peanut butter sauce, a little sliced onion, pickled, and a slice of tomato. Serve straight away. |
