Cook the noodles according to the package directions. |

Season the steak with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Brown in the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes; remove. |

Add the snow peas, carrots, and shallots to the skillet and cook, tossing, 4 minutes. Return the steak to the skillet and add the jelly; toss. Serve with the noodles. |
