1.5 kg Pork ribs
300 ml Pineapple Juice
100 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
1 small Onion
2-3 cloves of Garlic
Vegetable Oil
1 tsp of Allspice
Salt , freshly ground
Black Pepper

Cut ribs into serving pieces, Rub with salt and pepper, place in ziploc package, drizzle with vegetable oil, leave on for at least 1 h.

Prepare the Sauce
