1 small diced Onion

1 minced Garlic

2 horizontally sliced fillets, Chicken

½ tsp of Sea Salt

¼ tsp of Cayenne Pepper

1 tbsp of Balsamic vinegar

2 halved, de-seeded Bell Peppers

2 slices of Provolone Cheese
Directions
This is a healthy, guilt-free alternative to traditional Philly cheese steaks. They are not made with fatty beef, but lean chicken. Cook it up with the seasonings and the onions, and I bet you won’t even miss the beef.

Preheat the oven to 350F. |

Heat oil in large sized skillet on med. heat. Add onion. Cook till it is soft. |

Add chicken and garlic. Cook till browned. |

Add and stir vinegar, sea salt and cayenne pepper. |

Cook till chicken has cooked completely through. |

Cut bell peppers in halves. Remove seeds and core. Fill with chicken breast mixture. Lay in baking dish. |

Add several tbsp. of water to bottom of baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350F for ½ hour to 35 minutes. |
