Line a shallow 13"x 9" baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil; coat with non-stick vegetable spray and set aside. Lightly season chicken wings on all sides with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken wings in pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. |

Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl. Remove wings from oven; drain. Spoon or brush sauce over wings. Return to oven for another 20 to 25 minutes, turning wings over in sauce every 5 minutes, until well glazed and chicken juices run clear. |
