Put the almonds in a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Add the apricots and process until well incorporated and the mixture starts to come together into a paste. Add the hemp seeds and coconut oil, plus vanilla extract to taste. |

Divide the mixture into 8 and roll each portion into a ball between the palms of your hands. |

Freeze the sports bites for at least 15 minutes. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. |
