1 medium-sized Onion , chopped
2 Tbsp Curry Powder

Place half the chicken in the slow cooker.

Combine salsa, onion, and curry powder in a medium-sized bowl. Pour half the sauce over the meat in the cooker.

Cover and cook on High for 3 hours. Or cook on High for 1½ hours, and then turn cooker to Low and cook 3 more hours.

Remove chicken to serving platter and cover to keep warm.

Add nonfat plain Greek yogurt to the slow cooker and stir into salsa until well blended. Serve over the chicken.
