1 cup (135 g) wholemeal whole-wheat Spelt Flour

In a bowl, mix together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mashed banana and stir. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine. Pour into the cake or loaf pan. |

Place the cake or loaf pan on the trivet. Add 450 ml/scant 2 cups water to the multi-cooker, then lower the trivet and cake or loaf pan into the inner pot. |

Secure the lid in place and set to Manual or High Pressure for 30 minutes. At the end of cooking, use the NPR method for 15 minutes, then use QPR. Be careful when you remove the lid not to drip any liquid onto the loaf. If necessary, dab off water using paper towels. |

Allow the loaf to cool a little before removing from the pan and leaving on a wire rack to cool completely. Serve in thick slices. |
