Preheat oven to 400°. Pick crabmeat, removing any bits of shell. Cut snapper fillets in half lengthwise. Top each fillet with about ⅓ cup crabmeat; roll up fillets, and secure with wooden picks. |

Stir together salt, garlic powder, and red pepper. Combine butter and 2 Tbsp. water in a 13- x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle 1 tsp. seasoning mixture over butter mixture. Arrange rollups in butter mixture. Sprinkle rollups with remaining 2 tsp. seasoning mixture. |

Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 16 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Spoon pan drippings over rollups before serving, if desired. Serve with lemon wedges. |
