For the Skirt SteakCombine the spice blend with salt. Season both sides of the skirt steak with the seasoning. |

Heat a large nonstick sauté pan or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the oil, and once it is hot, add the meat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side for rare, or to the desired doneness. Let the meat rest before slicing it against the grain. |

For the Goat Cheese and Couscous Kale SaladIn a medium bowl, fluff the couscous with a fork. |
