½ cup high quality White Wine

Boil pasta with 1 tablespoon salt. |

Put chicken bullions, chopped onion and olive oil in a skillet. Heat with medium high heat for 4 minutes or until onion is slightly browned. Add white wine, and boil at high heat for 2 minutes, or until alcohol is evaporated off. |

Turn off heat and immediately add shrimps and mix with onion. (Minimize the time length of heating shrimps.) |

Transfer the boiled pasta while hot into the skillet. Turn upside down the pasta using a tong. |

Serve in large dishes and garnish with parsley. |
