Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 dozen large boiled frozen Shrimp , de-frozen and shelled
2 large Onion , chopped
½ cup high quality White Wine (Chardonnay is recommended)
1 tablespoon Salt
2 Chicken bullion
2 table spoon extra virgin Olive Oil
Angel Hair Pasta for 4 servings
0.5 cup Parsley , coarsely chopped

Boil pasta with 1 tablespoon salt.

Put chicken bullions, chopped onion and olive oil in a skillet. Heat with medium high heat for 4 minutes or until onion is slightly browned.  Add white wine, and boil at high heat for 2 minutes, or until alcohol is evaporated off.

Turn off heat and immediately add shrimps and mix with onion. (Minimize the time length of heating shrimps.)

Transfer the boiled pasta while hot into the skillet. Turn upside down the pasta using a tong.

Serve in large dishes and garnish with parsley.

Do not use cheese on the top. In Italian cuisine, no cheese is used on seafood pasta.
