Empty breadcrumbs into a large dish. |

In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until fine, but not mashed. Add this to the bowl with the crumbs, along with mayo and seasoning. Toss to combine. |

Shape into 4 patties. |

Heat pan on medium, add a little butter and fry the patties for roughly 9 minutes or until cooked through, turning only once. |

Serve between buns with lettuce and tartar sauce. |
