Peel shrimp; devein, if desired. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and green pepper; sauté 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |

Add shrimp, ½ cup water, salt, paprika, and red pepper. Cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in crabmeat. Cook over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or just until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice. |
