Ingredients

Pastry Dough (made with 1 ¼ cups flour, ½ cup sugar, 8 tablespoons of butter, 2 eggs, water and a pinch of salt)
2 cups Semolina Flour
½ cup Sugar
4 tablespoons Butter
2 Egg
2 ounces Raisins
4 ounces mixed Candied Fruit chopped
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Salt

Shape the pastry dough into a ball, and set aside to rest for 1 hour.

Place the semolina flour in a pot over medium heat, and cover with 2 cups of lightly salted water. Cook for 12 minutes, remove from the heat, and set aside to cool.

Stir in the sugar, butter, eggs, raisins, candied fruit and the vanilla.

Roll out the pastry dough and line a buttered and floured baking pan with it. Pour the semolina mixture in, fold in the hanging edges of the dough, and place in the oven.

Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 40 minutes.
