2 cups Semolina Flour

4 tablespoons Butter

2 Egg

2 ounces Raisins

4 ounces mixed Candied Fruit

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Shape the pastry dough into a ball, and set aside to rest for 1 hour. |

Place the semolina flour in a pot over medium heat, and cover with 2 cups of lightly salted water. Cook for 12 minutes, remove from the heat, and set aside to cool. |

Stir in the sugar, butter, eggs, raisins, candied fruit and the vanilla. |

Roll out the pastry dough and line a buttered and floured baking pan with it. Pour the semolina mixture in, fold in the hanging edges of the dough, and place in the oven. |

Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 40 minutes. |
