3 cups good quality White Chocolate , melted
1 cup Whipping Cream , heated until hot
Pinch of Salt
Blue Food Coloring
Rainbow Sprinkles and gold sprinkles

Roll the dough out on a floured surface to ¼-inch thick. Cut it into 12 rough squares.

Spray a square-shaped muffin tin with cooking spray and press the squares into the pan. Trim any uneven edges. Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes, until the edges are starting to brown. Allow the tarts to cool in the pan. Very gently remove them from the pan and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the melted chocolate, whipping cream, salt, and a drop of blue food coloring. Chill in the fridge until it has slightly thickened, then pour it into the tarts.

Place the tarts in the fridge until the ganache has fully set, about 2 hours.

Decorate with gold sprinkles to look like sand and some rainbow sprinkles.
