Roll the dough out on a floured surface to ¼-inch thick. Cut it into 12 rough squares. |

Spray a square-shaped muffin tin with cooking spray and press the squares into the pan. Trim any uneven edges. Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes. |

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes, until the edges are starting to brown. Allow the tarts to cool in the pan. Very gently remove them from the pan and set aside. |

In a bowl, combine the melted chocolate, whipping cream, salt, and a drop of blue food coloring. Chill in the fridge until it has slightly thickened, then pour it into the tarts. |

Place the tarts in the fridge until the ganache has fully set, about 2 hours. |

Decorate with gold sprinkles to look like sand and some rainbow sprinkles. |
