Cook the sausages in 1 teaspoon of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes; slice. |

Shape the dough into four 8-inch rounds. Top half of each round with the sausage, mozzarella, and broccoli, dividing evenly; fold over the dough and seal. Place the dough on an oiled baking sheet; brush with oil. Bake at 425°F until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with the marinara. |
