50 g low-fat plain Yoghurt
2 teaspoons chopped fresh Coriander
Lemon Juice , to taste
¼ Garlic clove, crushed
Sea Salt

To make the coriander and garlic yoghurt, place the yoghurt, coriander, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
