Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1¾ cups (415 ml) Water
1 cup (195 g) short-grain Brown Rice or white rice
2 teaspoons (4.6 g) ground Cinnamon
Dash of Salt
¼ cup (85 g) honey or (60 ml) pure Maple Syrup
1 cup (150 g) Enjoy Life Not Nuts! Beach Bash trail mix

In a saucepan, combine water, rice, cinnamon, salt, and honey. Cover and cook for about 40 minutes or until rice is very soft. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for about 10 minutes. Stir in the trail mix. Transfer to a bowl and let cool for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally

With damp hands, shape mixture into 1½-inch (3.7-cm) balls. Place on a flat surface. Eat warm or enjoy chilled from the refrigerator.
