In a saucepan, combine water, rice, cinnamon, salt, and honey. Cover and cook for about 40 minutes or until rice is very soft. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for about 10 minutes. Stir in the trail mix. Transfer to a bowl and let cool for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally |
