Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 Medjool Dates , pitted
125 g Strawberries , hulled
½ small Beetroot , peeled and chopped
2½ tablespoons Carob Powder or 4 teaspoons raw cacao powder
200 g low-fat plain Yoghurt
½ cup (125 ml) semi- Skimmed Milk
Toppings
30 g natural Muesli
2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon raw Cacao Nibs

Place the dates in a heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 30 minutes to soften. Drain

Place the dates, strawberries (reserve one as a garnish, if desired), beetroot, carob or cacao powder, yoghurt and milk in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

To serve, pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with the muesli, chia seeds, cacao nibs and reserved strawberry.
