¼ medium Beetroot Juice

½ cup finely chopped Turnip

½ cup finely chopped Cucumber

Soak, peel and chop the almonds. |

Juice the beet-root and add it to the rest of the ingredients. |

Put all into the food processor and pulse 1-2 times. Don’t melt completely. |

Allow the mixture to stay for 2 hours or more. Put the mixture on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 3-4 hours. |
