Use green rice, red rice and yellow rice. In a bowl mix the rice with fresh finely chopped vegetables. |

Use the sushi mat. Place the seaweed sushi sheet on the mat. |

Spread the rice and the fresh finely chopped vegetables over the sheet in a thin layer. |

Add the marinated sticks and roll. Repeat with another sushi seaweed sheet with the other color of rice. Refrigerate afterwards. Consume within 2 days. |
