6 cored Apples

¼ cup of Raisins

1 cup of red wine

½ cup of Sugar

1 tsp of Cinnamon Powder
Directions
You can try this recipe will all kinds of apples. Seriously, they all work great. The reds tend to have tougher skin, but you can scoop the flesh out when you eat it.

Add apples to pressure pot. Pour in the wine and sprinkle with cinnamon, raisins and sugar. |

.Close pressure pot. Lock lid. Select High pressure and cook for 10 minutes. |

When 10 minutes are up, open pressure pot with a natural release. Unplug pressure pot. Allow pressure to come down naturally. |

Scoop mixture from pot and serve in bowls with some cooking liquid added. |
