Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
Potatoes (16, Waffle–cut, frozen, large)
1 lb Ground Beef (Can also use turkey)
3 Tsp Your Favorite Grill Seasoning
4 Slices of Cheddar Cheese , Each Cut into 4 Pieces (4 oz)
4 Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
Ketchup , mustard, sour cream, pickles (Various Condiments)

Use baked waffle cut potatoes in place on buns. This would be an excellent dish to serve to a small crowd as a little appetizer. Enlist some help and make a double batch.

Set your oven to preheat to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and transfer your potatoes to it (evenly spaced).

Set to bake until lightly browned and crispy (about 18 min).

While this is going, mix the meat and seasoning. Make 16 little mini burgers and fry them up on a med–high heat until internal temperature is 160°F (about 5 min, turning once). Transfer to paper towels and allow to drain.

Once the potatoes are done, set them aside then set your oven to its broil function.

Now create burgers by sandwiching your meat, cheese and tomatoes with your potatoes.

Set to broil briefly until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. Serve and enjoy!
