Directions
Sometimes the most delicious treats are also the simplest to make. This dessert is super-easy to prepare while you cook your main meal. Pears are one of the highest of the high-fiber fruits, offering 5 to 6 grams per medium-size pear, well on the way to meeting the daily requirement of 25 to 35 grams. Filling up on fiber keeps your digestion regular and prevents a belly bloated by constipation. Pears also contain the detox vitamins C, B2, B3, B6 and B9 (folate), as well as magnesium, potassium and manganese.
