Melt white chocolate candy melts in a candy melting electric pot according to package instructions, or in the microwave at 30-second increments. |

Dip your Oreo cookies into the melted chocolate with a candy melt dipping scoop or fork, covering completely, and tap lightly to remove any excess. |

While the chocolate is still hot, sprinkle white sprinkles on top of Oreo cookies until the top of the cookie is covered. |

Place your Oreo cookies on a Silpat or a piece of parchment paper and place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens, approximately 5 minutes. |

Melt black chocolate candy melts as in Step 1. |

Dip the sides of the mini marshmallows into the melted white chocolate and apply to both sides of the chocolate-covered Oreo, about 1 inch apart, to create ears. |

Using a cake-decorating paintbrush or toothpick and black melted chocolate, paint two circles in the middle of each ear. Add a nose, eyes, and mouth to each polar bear using the remaining black chocolate and cake-decorating paintbrush. |
