4 cloves Garlic
½ cup Olive Oil
2 cups Basil leaves, stemmed and packed into measuring cup
Salt
Black Pepper to taste
½ cup Parmesan Cheese , grated
1 pound cooked angel hair Pasta or polenta

Spread the pine nuts on a baking sheet and lightly toast under the broiler.

Place the garlic and olive oil in blender and blend until chopped. Add basil leaves, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese a bit at a time until you have the consistency of coarse cornmeal. Serve over hot angel hair pasta or polenta.
