Spread the pine nuts on a baking sheet and lightly toast under the broiler. |

Place the garlic and olive oil in blender and blend until chopped. Add basil leaves, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese a bit at a time until you have the consistency of coarse cornmeal. Serve over hot angel hair pasta or polenta. |
