12 Jalapeno Pepper

1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

½ to 1 cup dry Bread Crumbs

ranch salad dressing or Sour Cream
Directions
So yummy…these will be a hit at any gathering! Easily made ahead of party time too…simply cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate, then bake to serve hot.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp; drain well and crumble. Meanwhile, add cream cheese to a large bowl. Blend in seasonings; add crumbled bacon and mix well. Spoon 2 tablespoons cheese mixture into each pepper half. If any cheese mixture is left, divide among peppers. |

Put bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Roll peppers in bread crumbs; place in a lightly greased 13"x 9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve with salad dressing or sour cream, if desired. |
