2 large Bartlett Pear

½ cup Maple Syrup

Soak the raisins in water until they swell in size, about 10 minutes; then drain and set aside. |

Cut the pears in half lengthwise and hollow out the centers, being careful not to tear the skin, and set aside. |

Remove the core and seeds from the pears, and place the remaining pears in a large bowl. |

Add raisins, maple syrup, cinnamon, and orange zest and stir well to mix. |

Stuff the mixture into the pear shells. Garnish with orange zest and mint. |
