Preheat oven to 375°. |

Combine the pears, plums, orange, orange zest, lemon juice, grape juice, and lemon extract in a large bowl. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish, and set aside. |

Combine the walnut oil and maple sugar in a large bowl and beat until creamy. |

Add the flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, hazelnuts, almonds, and Brazil nuts and mix well. |
