Pasta salad, ham and vegetables recipe

Ingredients

250 g Penne Pasta (tubes)
1 medium Zucchini
1 large Carrots
1 large red Sweet Pepper
200 g cooked Ham
1 clove of Garlic
half a small bunch of Basil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Olive Oil "extra virgin"
Salt

Boil pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. The finished pasta drain in a colander, Pat dry, drizzle with olive oil, so the rolls do not stick together, and cool.

While the pasta is cooking, clean the peppers from the stalk and core, cut into very small cubes.

Zucchini, carrot and ham slice thin strips. The garlic and Basil stalks, chop the Basil leaves cut into thin strips. In a pan heat a little olive oil and on medium heat fry turns carrots, zucchini and ham to vegetables remained crunchy, but not raw.

Mix 3 tbsp oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic and Basil stems. Stir fried vegetables, sweet pepper, ham, Basil leaves and pasta, dress the salad with sauce.
