Boil Penne pasta until cooked according to instructions on the package. Apples wash and finely chop, removing the core. Mix Penne with apples, sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat eggs with milk and pour into the pasta with apples. |

Spread the mixture into the form. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 15 min. Before serving sprinkle with chopped pistachios. |
