Place almonds in a high-power blender or a food processor, and mix until a flour forms. |

Add remaining Macadamia Almond Lucuma Cookie ingredients to a food processor, and mix until a loose dough forms. |

Line an 8 × 8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper, and press the dough into the pan with your hands, then top with another sheet of parchment paper, roll a straight-sided glass over the top to evenly compact the dough, and set aside. |

Blend all ingredients for the Passion Fruit Coconut Cream in a high-power blender until mostly smooth—there may be tiny bits of passion fruit seeds if using the fruit pulp. |

Melt the coconut butter and the coconut oil in a glass jar placed into hot water, or over a double boiler. |

Pour Passion Fruit Coconut Cream over the cookie layer, and chill for at least 1–2 hours, until set. |

For the Cacao Superfood LaterMelt the cacao paste and coconut oil in a glass bowl over a double boiler. Take the bowl off the heat just before the paste is completely melted, and continue to stir until fully melted. |

Blend cane juice crystals in a high-power blender or a spice grinder until a powder forms. |

Mix all ingredients for the Cacao Superfood Layer into the cacao paste, by hand, until smooth. |

Pour the Cacao Superfood Layer over the Passion Fruit Coconut Cream layer, and chill for about 1 hour. |
