Melt all three candy melts in separate bowls in the microwave at 30-second increments. |

Using your cake-decorating paintbrush and melted white chocolate candy melts, paint a heart-shaped face on the top of your Oreo cookie. Place on a Silpat or piece of parchment paper and place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens, approximately 2–3 minutes. Repeat for remaining Oreos. |

Using your cake-decorating paintbrush and the orange chocolate candy melts, paint an orange beak at the center of the Oreo cookie. Paint on two V-shaped feet at the bottom of the Oreo and on top of the white chocolate. Use the bottom of your cake-decorating paintbrush and brown chocolate candy melts to create two eyes above the beak. Repeat for remaining Oreos. |

If you want to make girl penguins, add a small dot of melted chocolate to the back of a flower sprinkle and place at the top of the penguin’s head. |
