½ cup Skim Milk

1 (11 ounce) can cream of Mushroom Soup

In a bowl, combine the beef, onion, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, parsley and half of the milk. Shape the mixture into 6 even patties. |

Spritz a skillet with nonstick spray and place over moderate heat. Add the burgers to the skillet and cook for several minutes each side. |

Set the cooked burgers to one side. In the meantime, using the same skillet, warm the mushroom soup and remaining milk until hot through. |

Return the patties to the skillet, gently flip to coat in the sauce the serve inside burger buns. Serve straight away. |
