1 bundle of dried Soba Noodle

3 tablespoon of Hontsuyu

½ teaspoon Dashino-Kona

3 pieces of bite size cooked Herring

1 cup boiling Water

½ teaspoon Green Onion
Directions
This is a hot Soba noodle with nishin (herring), popular in Kyoto, Japan. Nishin in this noodle is dried herring cooked with soy sauce and sugar. Nishin Soba is easy if cooked nishin package is available.

Boil-cook dried soba noodle for 7 minutes. |

In bowl for noodle, put Hontsuyu and dashino-kona. |

Add boiled soba and boiling water, and mix gently. |
